A successful realtor is backed up by a strong and extensive network of professionals in a wide range of fields. To start making connections, participate in events (as a guest or attendee), get involved in local community projects, and stay in contact with customers and leads. 

Also, make friends among people who are useful for property maintenance such as contractors, plumbers, landscape artists, gardeners, and so on. This way, when something goes wrong and you need someone you trust to fix the problem quickly, you’ll know who to call.
