When an appointment is made in Bookafy, it will do the following:

If the appointment is created with a new customer, the customer will be added to the CRM and a new event will be added to that customers activity profile.
If the appointent is made with an existing customer, the appointment will be added as an event in the CRM customer profile.
If a customer is added, deleted or edited in either Bookafy or the CRM, the customer detail will sync with both accounts.
